Dr. Francesca Lopez completed her doctoral studies in Chemistry at the University of Bochum before transitioning into industry. She now works as a Quality Assurance Manager at a leading chemistry/pharmaceutical company. With firsthand experience navigating the challenging shift from academia to industry, Francesca understands the complexities and uncertainties that often come with this transition. As a Muslim revert, she is passionate about supporting the Muslim academic community by offering guidance, encouragement, and practical insights.

Amna is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical and Counselling Psychology at Beaconhouse National University. Alongside her academic journey, she works as a life coach, supporting individuals in navigating personal growth, well-being, and balance. Her focus within psychology lies in clinical practice, with a commitment to integrating both professional expertise and faith-based perspectives into mental health and personal development.
